We all run into opposition. Opposition comes in many forms. You can have opposition from outside parties. You can also have opposition internally.

We will be looking at the first episode of this opposition this week: Peter has healed a lame man and is brought into court to explain his actions.

Questions being addressed this week will be how does Peter respond to this opposition? How difficult was this opposition to overcome? And what was the end result? We all face opposition but the application question is do we face and overcome opposition in the same way the early Church approached their opposition?

As the Lord leads, read Acts 3-8 this week, focusing on Acts 3-4. We are only covering the framework of the book of Acts so we will be taking a block of material each week. The memory verse that corresponds with the Sunday School lesson is Acts 16:5. We hope to see you this Sunday.
