7/10: 1 Sam. 12, Fear

The prophet has been sent by God (1 Sam. 1-3). He has been installed. He has been successful in ensuring safety for God's people and a pure religious spirit in Israel (1 Sam. 4-7). But the people have asked for a king (1 Sam. 8). They have rejected God's kingship. How is this human king going to affect the people's relationship with God?
